TRUE-AI is Trio Mobil’s AI camera and video analytics solution for detecting pedestrians and vehicles and triggering configured industrial safety responses. It uses deep learning and edge processing to detect pedestrians, forklifts, and other vehicles within monitored areas and apply configured zone rules without requiring pedestrians to carry wearable tags.
Fixed cameras provide an elevated view of blind intersections and shared work zones. Detection can support forklift alerts, LED signals, traffic management, and automatic door control. With the appropriate UWB and vehicle integration, a pedestrian entering a defined zone can trigger forklift slowdown.
Loading dock applications include audiovisual warnings and connections to traffic lights, doors, electrical wheel chocks, or hydraulic locking mechanisms. Machine-zone applications can support configured robotic-cell deactivation through the approved integration. These functions link detection to the equipment relevant to each work area.
